After traveling a long way across the country to participate in the  29th West Coast Can-Am Martial Arts Championship in Vancouver, BC, I am very, very pleased to present to you my competition results:

* Silver Medalist * - Shaolin Fist Form (Black-Belt Division)
* Silver Medalist * - San Shou Free-style Fighting (Mixed Division)
